Help Support the Festival!

GoFundMe
  • 100% of fund received go to the festival general operation budget.

The Davis Cherry Blossom Festival is committed to being a free and accessible community festival. We also are committed to promoting and raising money for organizations that are championing important issues in terms of social and environmental justice.

The costs of running a large music festival can be large, though, and our event is made possible through public grants, sponsorship, and donations from individuals like you.

If you enjoy our festival or feel strongly about its mission, please consider a small donation to our festival to help us cover its overhead costs. Our organization is a IRS-registered 501(c)3 nonprofit and all donated funds will go directly towards the festival's general operation budget. We have no paid staff positions and all the work that goes into producing the festival is done through volunteer labor.

GoFundMe donations will go towards Bike Valet service, additional sound staff and sound equipment support, travel stipends for artists, honoraria for speakers and cultural knowledge holders, supplies for activities, mats for performances, banners and printed programs, and more.

We believe festivals and diverse spaces are a public good that can bring about a more compassionate and humane society. We hope that this Davis tradition can continue to bring joy to the community, and thank everyone for their support, through both your donations and coming out and participating.
